2022-2023 CAPACITY BUILDING PROJECT
To build on top of the previous capacity building successes, we will explore a collective impact strategy to confront racism and discrimination, and promote diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion in order to increase social participation for racialized children and youth in Canadian society. We will embark on this journey with Philpott Children’s Tennis and Change Through Sport. Stay tuned to updates and our findings!
2019-2020 CAPACITY BUILDING PROJECT
To strengthen our foundations and meet the changing needs of our community, JFCTA launched the Capacity Building Project in 2019. With this project, we identified areas for improvement, acquired new tools, increased our knowledge and developed new skills in order to update our governing structures and enhance our e-capacity. Although this project has been completed, the work will never stop. We are committed to fostering and creating an inclusive and diverse association as reflective of our vibrant Jane/Finch neighborhood.
We would like to thank Canadian Heritage for supporting this project. Without them, this project would not have been possible! | Nous aimerions remercier Patrimoine Canadien d’avoir soutenu ce projet. Sans eux, ce projet n’aurait pas été possible!
